Construction of 11-a-side football field with synthetic turf

For our indoor or outdoor football structures we use sendzimir galvanized steel EN305 s4 for the tubes and Z275 for the sheet metal.

The assembly is then powder coated in the RAL color of your choice (C4 standard for 10 years) following the following process:

Shot blasting
Epoxy primer
Matt black RAL polyester powder coating


The Universe 5 grass football fields are composed of 2 mx 1 m modules with a thermo-lacquered galvanized steel frame and 12 mm thick glass panel (standard EN 12150-2: 2004) for a panoramic effect of the game .

On the sides and behind the goals, PP 4.5 mm nets 45 x 45 mesh on the first 2 dams and 100 x 100 nets on the rest
2 mm PP nets above the ground Mesh 100 x 100
For 4.5 mm PP net cages 60 x 60 mesh with damping net with the same technical characteristics
