This is the best-selling padel court thanks to its low price and strength.

Here are the main technical characteristics of the Classic Padel Model:

• The metallic structure of the padel:

All the elements that make up the structure of a padel court are galvanized with powder coated paint. RAL to choose from

The mesh panels are made of galvanized and powder coated steel (2m x 1m) mounted on a 30x30x3mm laser-cut steel profile.

Each mesh of the fences is welded on each point, which gives it excellent rigidity on impact.

The posts that make up the structure measure 80mm x 60mm x 2mm.

They hold the mesh panels and glazing.

For more strength, they are reinforced by a steel tube 80 mm x 60 mm x 2mm over 1m high in order to consolidate the entire padel structure.

The lighting poles, 4 in number, are steel profiles 80 mm x 60 mm x 2 mm over 6 m high and are reinforced in the same way as the other poles.

The structure that makes up our padel tracks is studied in order to have a great solidity.

• Glazing:

A classic Padel structure is made up of: Approved glazing 10 mm thick for approximate measurements of 3000x2000mm (14 units) and 2000x2000 (4 units).

All have polished holes for hardware.

The glazing of the padel meets the UNE-EN 12150-1 standard

The windows are supported on the steel structure using EPDM adhesive strips 5mm thick.

• The screws: The screws which equip the padel courts are in A4 stainless steel.

The screws which fix the anchoring plates to the ground (M12) are galvanized and their heads are covered with rubber caps.

• The net and the padel court tensor: The net tensor is incorporated inside the post.
This is a competition padel net in 3mm braided polyethylene thread with polyester band on the upper part.
